Developement of new tyre building machine

M.E.R.T.C. team develops a new tyre building machine for manufacturing of passenger, light truck and SUV tyres focused especially on uniformity of the tyres built. Tyre building machine will be assembled and tested during second half of this year and then delivered to the final customer.
Mesnac P-PRO tyre building machine is designed according to the latest ideas of M.E.R.T.C. designers and latest know-how in tyre building focused on the following benefits
- Very high uniformity of the passenger, light truck and SUV tyres built
- Machine stability and reliability
- Bead range from 13” to 20” including big tyre sizes
- Possibility to use bladder as well as bladderless carcass drum
- Expected cycle time for 185/65R15 tyre (single body ply) less then
- 49 sec. bladder drum
- 47 sec. bladderless drum

- High level of automation including component automatic splicing
